Debi is a Senior Director – HR business partner. An ADP associate since 2000, she has overseen 2 acquisitions (from both sides) and a ‘homegrown’ startup. Debi’s tenure lays in the Global Product and Technology function, where she was the HR business partner to several SVPs who lead technology for ‘Small Business Services’, ‘Product Management’,
‘Enterprise Architecture’. ‘UX CoE’, ‘Innovation labs’ and ‘Innovative Payroll Engine’. She moved to the ‘Compliance Services’ division in January 2018, specifically to provide senior HR leadership to WorkMarket.
Debi focuses on integrating WorkMarket with HR at ADP while keeping in mind WorkMarket’s uniqueness. Originally from the UK, Debi moved to the USA in 2014 to help provide HR guidance, strategic direction and support the growth and innovative direction that ADP’s technology division was taking. She is a graduate from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA(Hons) in Business Studies.
