Debbie is responsible for providing legal support on operational issues, as well as developing and implementing business processes to achieve business goals and mitigate risk. She also supports SEC reporting and corporate governance compliance programs, joint venture and merger and acquisition transactions, intellectual property activities, and
also manages internal and external legal resources.
Debbie joins Qlik from McCausland Keen & Buckman, where she provided legal services to public and private clients in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business counseling and general corporate law. Prior to McCausland Keen & Buckman, Debbie was the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for InfraSource Services, Inc., where she was responsible for corporate governance and compliance, SEC reporting, litigation management, acquisitions and divestitures, labor and employment, and general commercial. She has also served as SVP and General Counsel for SunGard Availability Services, EVP and General Counsel of RMH Teleservices Inc., and VP-Legal and Assistant General Counsel for SunGard Data Systems.
Debbie holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
