Dean Graham is a co-founder and the chief executive officer of Specialty Finance Partners, a healthcare and commercial finance advisory firm which advises middle market companies on complex debt and equity restructurings. He was previously the president of commercial and specialty finance at Capital One.
During his time at CapitalSource, a company
he served since 2001, he was its president and chief operating officer. Before that, he was employed at Heller Healthcare, HCFP REIT- Lakeside, Hogan & Hartson and Shaw Pittman.
He also serves as the chairman of the board of trustees at The Avon Old Farms School and a trustee at Meridian International Center.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard University, a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and a JD from the University of Virginia.
