In total, programming generated revenues amounting to $3.2 million in the first year and a half.Ms. Roe has over 25 years of professional and managerial experience in human resources, performance management, coaching, training, employee and leadership development, consulting, marketing, and sales with global corporations, post-secondary institutions, and government entities. She has worked in a variety of industries including retail, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, consumer packaged goods, enterprise and wireless software, semiconductors, telecommunications, advertising & marketing, consulting, healthcare, and education. In addition to her regular day job, Ms. Roe spent over ten years teaching general business, marketing, communications, leadership, and human resource courses for U.C. Berkeley Extension. At the University of Washington Bothell, she currently teaches Human Resource Strategy in the MBA program.Ms. Roe holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Marketing, with Distinction, from National University. She is a certified executive coach and training facilitator, an Achieve Global certified instructor, and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified facilitator.
