Born in 1976, Davide D’Arcangelo graduated in Law at “Roma Tre” University. He is Founder of Next4, a holding company which mainly operates in the fields of Digital Health, Innovability and IT/ICT. He is also Secretary General of the network of businesses called Impatta. As an expert in innovation, industrial policies, business networks, and
technology clusters, he has joined the scientific committee of Fondazione Italia Digitale, the first foundation dedicated to digital policies in the public and private sector in Italy, where he has taken on the role of External Relations and PNRR Manager. He has also consolidated experience in supporting local authorities for European funds. He currently serves as Investor Relator for leading scaleup companies, including Speri Ingegneria, AAtech, and Termo Spa. Davide D’Arcangelo is registered in the List of Innovation Managers set up by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) and works as a consultant for the digital transition of several public administrations, including MEF, Anci, IFEL, and Confindustria. He is a member of the Committee for the Evaluation of Research Projects of the Lazio Region, the national task force of Anip - Confindustria, the Technical Scientific Committee of Anci Lazio, and the Training Camp of IFEL Campania. In the past, he has been a partner of “Iniziativa” and a member of the Board of Directors of the Castel Romano Scientific Park. For years Davide D’Arcangelo has been involved in supporting administrations and institutions in projects relating to industrial policies and territorial development (CCIAA Roma, Roma Città Metropolitana, CNA Roma, Confcommercio Roma, Province of Frosinone, Municipality of Latina, etc.). As an advisor, he has also collaborated with private companies such as Lucciola & Partners S.r.l., and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Furthermore, during his career he has taken part in research projects funded by Menarini S.p.A., IBM S.p.A., Novamont S.p.A, Luiss Business School, IBI-Lorenzini S.p.A., IRCSS San Raffaele, Noovle S.p.A., Giomi S.p.A., Sigma Tau S.p.A., and Corden Pharma S.p.A. In the occasion of “Eccellenze del Made in Italy”, an event held at the Chamber of Deputies in 2019, he was awarded for his skills in industrial policy issues. Davide D’Arcangelo currently collaborates with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and is the author of many articles, researches, and studies in the field of industrial policies.
