Dr. Zimmermann has been with Vericare since 1995 and has been a practicing clinical psychologist since 1985. In his current position as Senior Vice President and General Manager, he provides direction and oversight to all clinical managers in Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Indiana and Florida, as well as fiscal and operational management for
those regions.
During his nearly 15 years with the Vericare, Dr. Zimmermann has also served as Vice President of Clinical Operations. He joined the company as a psychologist in the Central Texas region.
Dr. Zimmermann earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, a Masters in Education, and a B.S. in Education, all at the University of Texas in Austin. Before joining Vericare, Dr. Zimmermann worked in private practice and number of treatment centers as a clinical psychologist.
