David Windley joined Jefferies LLC in August 2000 as a founding member of Jefferies’ health care industry practice. A managing director of the company, he is also an equity research analyst covering health care service companies in managed care, contract research, contract manufacturing and HCIT. Prior to Jefferies, he was a senior analyst at J.C.
Bradford & Co. from 1998 to 2000.
Windley has been recognized five times in the Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street Survey, including a No. 1 ranking in pharmaceuticals in 2005 and the top rank in health care services in 2007 and 2009. A six-time Starmine Analyst Award recipient, he received his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
