David Teitel has served as our Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer since December 2006.
Mr. Teitel has over 25 years of public and private company finance experience, including nine years of audit experience at Arthur Andersen and senior financial positions with Thermo Electron Corp., which is now Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
and Deknatel Snowden Pencer, Inc.
Mr. Teitel joined the Company in December 2003 as Director of Finance Operations and assumed the title Vice President, Finance in December 2004. Mr. Teitel is also a member of the Global Leadership Team.
