David Stephen became Group Chief Risk Officer at RBS plc, on 1st October 2013. He is a member of the Group Executive Committee and reports directly to the Group CEO. David is responsible for the firm wide risk management including credit, market and operational risk functions in all RBS Divisions plus the global credit and operational risk
functions.
David has worked for both full service and investment banks in the UK, USA, Hong Kong and Australia.
