David Stefansky is a founder and principal at Harborview Capital, a private equity firm that provides capital and advisory services to mid-market private and small to mid-cap public companies. Since its formation in 2005, Mr. Stefansky has invested $150M of debt, equity, and hybrid capital through Harborview Funds and Partners.
Prior to forming
Harborview, Mr. Stefansky worked as an investment banker at several New York-based institutions where he achieved returns for limited partners through his investments in healthcare, life sciences, real estate, and technology. Mr. Stefansky’s hands-on and collaborative approach to investing has led to multiple successful turnarounds, recapitalizations, and exits. Mr. Stefansky currently serves as a board member of Alliqua. Previously, he served as the Executive Chairman and then as the Chairman of the Board. He has been a Director of Alliqua since May 2010.
