David Shaw Since its founding in 2001, the firm has acquired nine of Canada's leading H.R. consulting firms and has twenty offices across the country. Acquisitions include Axsium Group, which has extensive business revenues in the US in the Workforce Management space as well as in Europe and Australia; MiCA Consulting Partners, a leadership
solutions firm; and iPal, an interactive e-leaning business. The company employs close to 300 people.

Prior to founding Knightsbridge Human Capital Management Inc., David was President and CEO of Pepsi Cola Canada Beverages, a $1.0 Billion company, employing 3,500 people within Canada. David's career with PepsiCo spanned twenty-two years within Canada and abroad gaining extensive international experience in Australia, Southeast Asia (Singapore) and Turkey, where he held various levels of general management responsibility.
David is the former Chairman of the North York General Hospital Foundation and member of the Hospital Board of Directors, former Chairman of the Canadian Soft Drink Industry as well as the former Chair of the Stratford Chefs School. He currently sits on the Queen's School of Business Advisory Board, the Junior Achievement of Canada Foundation Board, the Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee Inc. Board of Advisors and two publicly traded boards, Fiera Capital Corporation and Brick Brewing Co. Limited. He is a member of Amrop's Executive Board and Co-Vice Chair for the Americas region.
