Mr. Schwarz joined Blue Pillar in 2013. He brings over 15 years of management, business strategy, and intelligence experience to the Blue Pillar team. David is responsible for product management of the Avise product lines.Prior to Blue Pillar, David held executive and management roles at Mid-continent ISO (MISO Energy), United Parcel Service, and
the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he was a Presidential Fellow. He has a background in energy finance and is also an Officer in the Army reserve. Supporting elements in the National Capitol Region, David has held intelligence and leadership roles in Cyber Security, Special Operations, and Counter-proliferation. David is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Schwarz holds a B.S. and MPA from Indiana University and has conducted post-graduate studies in innovation.
