David has managed countless BPR and software development projects through a complete lifecycle: from generation of the business requirements, to process design and development, to user acceptance testing, production deployment, and
long-term support and enhancement. David's engagement and extensive experience has ensured successful delivery of projects ranging from small, short-term contracts for non-profits to multi-million dollar, multi-year endeavors for Fortune 100 corporations and government entities. David holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is activly involved in numerous charities including the Seacoast Rotary.
