Mr. Polster was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Calypso in March 2012. Mr. Polster has 30 years of senior level corporate controllership, finance and M&A experience.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Polster served in various capacities with Dell, including the Vice President and Controller of ASAP Software from April 1992
through November 2007 (acquired by Dell in November 2007), where he helped direct the growth of the early stage ASAP to over $1 billion in revenue and later was the Director of Financial Analysis for Dell's multi-billion revenue Software and Peripherals business since January 2009.
Earlier in his career, he held the positions of Treasurer of Katalco Corporation a joint venture of Nalco Chemical Company and ICI and Controller of Berlin Packaging, Inc.
Mr. Polster earned his BA from University of Colorado and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
He is CPA and CMA certified and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Business Society.
