Dr David Phillips is Chairman of Two-Ten Health.
He was the principal of a large dental practice in Cardiff before joining the Medical Protection Society, subsequently becoming Director of Dental Protection, lecturing internationally on healthcare risk management. He was a specialist adviser to the House of Commons Health Select Committee, a
lay member of the General Osteopathic Council and an elected member of the General Dental Council. He has formerly been Chairman of Denplan, GetWellUK, Wellhouse NHS Trust, Dencare Ltd and Oasis Healthcare. He was awarded an OBE for his services to dentistry in 1994
