Dr. Ott is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience treating patients. His expertise is in joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery, which includes muscle-sparing anterior hip replacement.
Dr. Ott gravitated toward the field of orthopedic surgery because he enjoys “fixing” people and helping them feel better. He
graduated from UCLA School of Medicine and later completed his orthopedic residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Ott has served as senior vice president of operations for OrthoArizona, medical director for CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, president of Gateway Surgery Center, and chief of staff of OASIS Hospital in Phoenix.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the Arizona Medical Association, Arizona Orthopaedic Society, Arizona Orthopaedic Society PAC, and Western Orthopaedic Association.
