David leads Evolv’s tool design and development, selection science consulting and ongoing refinement of the Evolv assessment offering. Prior to joining Evolv, David was a Senior Scientist and Practice Manager for Kronos Talent Management, where he oversaw Industrial Psychologists developing and implementing selection assessments for Fortune 500
companies. Over his career, David facilitated the development, validation and deployment of a range of assessment tools in a variety of industries, including casual dining, hospitality, grocery and retail. He is a member of and reviewer for the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, as well as the American Psychological Association.
David received both a Ph.D. in Systems Science and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Portland State University and has a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
