David Orloff is currently the Director MTS, ATS - System Engineering of AT&T's RAN Product Introduction group with responsibility for delivery of RAN Infrastructure products and functionality including Macrocells, Consumer Femtocells, Outdoor and Indoor Metrocells, and Mutli-Standard Metrocells. He supports the strategic direction for new
technology and novel network implementations managing the vendor relationships for product introduction into the AT&T network. David is Chair of the Small Cell Forum having represented AT&T on the Small Cell Forum Board since September, 2013. David has over 20 years if experience in the communications industry with leadership roles including Indoor RF Systems, Macrosystem RAN delivery, Small Cells delivery, and RAN optimization. David has a BS, Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and joined AT&T in 1996.
