David Ofer is the Managing Partner of O.G. Venture Partners (Global).
O.G. Venture Partners is a single LP fund founded and backed by Eyal Ofer in 2017. The founder-friendly multi-stage VC is primarily focused on Early Growth opportunities, typically B and C rounds committed to investing in the most exciting, early growth stage start ups, either
by leading investments or by co-investing alongside other professional investors.
Fund I was launched successfully with $100m and later expanded to $150m, investing in 21 companies, with 5 exits to date. Fund I invested in a large number of fast-growing growth stage start-ups, including: LendBuzz, WSC Sports, BlueVine, Bringg, Paxos, Connecteam, Elementor, Coralogix, Candivore and SuperPlay. Fund II of $400m was announced in September 2022.
O.G. Venture Partners is part of the wider Ofer Global group, a multi-generational private portfolio of international businesses active in maritime shipping, real estate and hotels, technology, banking, energy and large public investments.
