David Moult is Centennial Coal Company Limited’s Managing Director & CEO with over 37 years’ world coal mining experience having worked with British Coal, RJB Mining PLC and Joy Mining Machinery in the USA and Australia.
In January 1998, David joined Centennial Coal as the General Manager, Operations, and subsequently assumed the role of
Chief Operating Officer before being appointed to his current position in July 2011.
David holds positions with industry groups such as Australian Coal Association Low Emissions Technologies Limited Board (ACALET); Minerals Council of Australia Coal Forum, NSW Minerals Council; Coal Services Pty Ltd; Coal Mines Insurance Pty Limited and Mines Rescue Pty Limited; Minerals Council of Australia; University of NSW Education Trust Advisory Committee; and NSW Freight Advisory Council.
