A proven production leader, developer and designer, David has over 10 years experience in digital media and production. David's technical expertise has seen him launch successful, commercially robust properties for key media organisations in Australia, most recently at Yahoo!7 prior to co-founding Beem and Deal Zoo.
His key management
positions at Yahoo!7 included Head of Lifestyle, and Head of Media Production and Custom Solutions. Under his leadership, Yahoo!7 Lifestyle became Australia's #1 Lifestyle website, and Yahoo!7's most sought-after advertiser property. Whilst at Yahoo!7, David was responsible for the complete product life cycle of the Yahoo!7 Media Properties, leading teams from concept, design and development to consumer acquisition, retention and commercialisation.
David also holds key skills as a developer and designer and runs a successful web development and design consultancy. David has held contracts with major companies including Telstra, BigPond, Sony Music Entertainment, and News Digital. David also launched the website property for radio station Vega at DMG Radio Australia, one of Australia's largest commercial radio networks.
