Previously, David worked for Open Solutions, a software, payments, and e-commerce solutions provider that sold into the global FinTech marketplace. Open Solutions quickly became a global leader providing cloud-based technologies to approximately 3,600 clients around the world. During David's tenure,
the company grew revenues from $10 million to approximately $400 million. Open Solutions had a successful initial public offering in 2003, a management buyout in partnership with the Carlyle Group and Provident Equity Partners with an enterprise value of $1.3 billion in 2007, and a strategic sale of the company to Fiserv in 2013 for $1.3 billion.
