David R. Meuse, Senior Advisor, is responsible for providing counsel as it relates to matters of investment origination, portfolio asset management, and disposition of Stonehenge investments.
Prior to joining Stonehenge, David Meuse was the chairman and chief executive officer of Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation, the holding company for the
investment banking, merchant banking, securities brokerage, investment advisory and insurance activities of Bank One Corporation. Prior to joining Bank One, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Meuse, Rinker, Chapman, Endres & Brooks, a regional investment banking firm which David Meuse founded in 1981. David Meuse began his securities career at Ball, Burge & Kraus, where he became a partner at the age of 26. He became a partner at Prescott, Ball and Turben as a result of the merger of Prescott and Ball Burge & Kraus. In 1974, David Meuse joined McDonald & Company Securities, Inc., a member of the New York Stock Exchange, as a full partner. He later served as vice chairman of the board of directors of McDonald & Company.
David Meuse currently serves as a board member for State Auto Financial Corp, Kenyon College, The Columbus Partnership, and Rev1 Ventures for Columbus. David Meuse recently served for ten years as non-executive chairman of the board for Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc., is past chairman of the board for The Columbus Foundation and the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA), and has served as a board member at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and The Columbus Museum of Art. David Meuse served as chairman for the 2007 Central Ohio United Way Campaign.
David Meuse graduated from John Carroll University and attended the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of Business.
