David is a qualified solicitor and has a Master of Arts degree in law from Cambridge University.
David joined Daisy as General Counsel and Company Secretary in October 2009.
He was formerly a senior associate at Eversheds LLP, in the firm’s corporate group. During his time there, he gained extensive experience in advising public and private
companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions.
In March 2011, he was named In-house Lawyer of the year at the Manchester Law Society Legal Awards.
