He has significant experience in the transport industry, and his knowledge in managing the setting up and running of a countrywide network infrastructure is unrivalled.

David was appointed by the UK government to be an advisor to the Department for Transport from 1995 until 2000 and holds numerous patents relating to advanced automotive infrastructure.
