David has 25 years of high tech experience and for most of the past 10 years he has been working for companies building mobile apps for IT Administrators.
Before co-founding ITmanager.net, David was the BlackBerry App World Manager of Testing and R&D for three years. While at BlackBerry, David and Paul Dumais assembled a team of over 60
mobile developers and testers and successfully launched the very first versions of BlackBerry App World and the BlackBerry Web Store.
Between 2003 and 2007 David was the President of Idokorro Mobile (later renamed Rove) and grew the company profitably from three employees to over 20 before joining BlackBerry. Idokorro was a pioneer in the field of IT Administration software for mobile devices.
David has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
David is also a Professional Engineer, Certified Management Consultant and Certified Management Accountant.
