David is responsible for investment sourcing, analysis, deal execution and portfolio management. He serves as a board observer for portfolio companies Intervention Insights and Ranir. He previously served on the board of directors of Livio Radio (acquired by Ford Motor Co.).
Prior to joining Beringea, David was an analyst with P&M Corporate
Finance (PMCF), a middle-market investment bank in Chicago. While at PMCF, David executed M&A transactions for companies in the business services and life sciences industries. Before working at PMCF, David was an associate portfolio manager with the Northern Trust Company, a global asset management firm in Chicago.
David holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a BBA from Western Michigan University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
