J. David Lucke is the Chief Financial Officer of Tri-Point. Mr. Lucke has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Tri-Point, Mr. Lucke worked in energy investment banking, including KeyBanc, Jefferies, ABN AMRO, Prudential Securities, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Lucke also served as Chief
Financial Officer of two independent exploration and production companies, Aurora Oil & Gas and Sabco Oil & Gas. In addition, Mr. Lucke worked for Coopers & Lybrand and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lucke received an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA from Duke University.
