Mr. David Lowenstein is a Founder of SourceHOV Inc.(formerly SourceCorp. Inc.) and has been its Consultant since January 2000. Mr. Lowenstein serves as Vice President of Vendor Relations at Billows Electric Supply Company Of Philadelphia, Inc.
In December 1995, he served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer at Sourcecorp, Incorporated (formerly known as F.Y.I. Incorporated) from February 1995 to December 1997, as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development from December 1997 to December 1999 and as its Director of Mergers and Acquisition Consultant from January 2000 to July 2006. He served as President of Federated Network Technologies since August 2006.

Mr. Lowenstein received his Honors Bachelor of Arts from Sir Wilfred Laurier University and a Master of Science of Public Policy and Business Administration from the Carnegie Mellon University.
