David Leach is the Chief Executive Officer of eSecuritel, Brightstar’s cell phone insurance division. David joined eSecuritel in March 2006. In April 2011, eSecuritel was purchased by Brightstar and the company has become an important part of Brightstar’s growing Services portfolio, internationally.
David is the former Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Datatrac, a supply chain and network services company in Atlanta. Before Datatrac, he was Chief Operating Officer for Procuri Inc., an Atlanta-based leader in providing strategic sourcing software for enterprises. David also co-founded Harbinger, Inc. in Atlanta in 1983, which developed software and network services to allow EDI communications between companies to enable electronic commerce.
David graduated with a BA from Sheffield University in England and received his MBA with honors from Harvard University. He is also a FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) from the United Kingdom.
