David Layne was the Vice President of Software Engineering for Convergence Technology Consulting and oversees our software application design and development. He spent the past 21 years as a principal and Vice President of software development, support and training for a business enterprise software solution. David has been the primary architect
for the design and development of multiple versions of Oracle based solutions over the past two decades culminating in the latest web-based solution that was deployed three years ago.
He enjoys working with people and was involved in the company’s marketing strategies and sales cycles. David is extremely adept at assessing, understanding, documenting and optimizing business practices and document flow, and thus has performed consulting services for many industry wide companies.
Prior to his technology work, David worked in the healthcare industry for a dozen years. He was the client side liaison for his departments working with healthcare related software companies in order to write and deploy software that streamlined manual processes, and fulfilled the requirements and objectives of the hospital.
