David is a Managing Director at CEB, providing best practice research, decision support tools and management guidance to CIOs, Infrastructure executives, CISOs and other IT leaders. He has studied the evolution of service delivery models in IT, the changing role of service managers and the shift in information security practices toward risk
management.
Prior to joining CEB in 2003, David spent 14 years at The Boston Consulting Group where he provided management consulting services to clients in Chicago, Stockholm, Singapore, Mumbai, Jakarta and Washington, D.C.
David holds a BA from Dartmouth Collage and an MBA from INSEAD. He lives in Vermont with his wife and two children.
