David Bentley is a web entrepreneur and founder of ZeroZen Design and Mob Rocket.
Bentley is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for his companies. He looks for ways to streamline processes and eliminate "time waste". He leads the technical team to create innovative solutions that offer value to his clients and
customers.
Bentley's professional career began at 17 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps. Following the Marine Corps, Bentley joined the Raleigh Police Department in North Carolina before working as a security contractor in Afghanistan. His 10 year professional career in security and law enforcement taught him a lot about qualities of good leadership as well as strategic thinking. Leaving this career for greener pastures in 2010, Bentley set his eyes on the internet.
His first endeavor, ZeroZen Design, is a lower cost, quality website development company which grew to over 400 clients worldwide in just 3 years. By leveraging the CMS power of WordPress and simplifying internal processes, Bentley, and co-founder Chad Slagle, were able to become a leading development company with a reputation of dependability.
Bentley's latest endeavor, an internet start-up called Mob Rocket, is a platform that enables businesses to reach targeted local consumers very quickly using viral sharing campaigns. Lasting just a single week, campaigns are designed to generate buzz, increased revenue, and long-term growth.
