David Arnold is vice president and general counsel of Omnitracs, LLC. Arnold manages the Omnitracs legal and contracts departments and provides strategic leadership and legal advice to the Omnitracs enterprise and its executive team. Before assuming his current role in November 2013, Arnold served as chief counsel for Omnitracs, Inc. and for
several years as senior director and legal counsel for Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES), a division of Qualcomm Incorporated. Arnold previously held various other positions in the QES legal department. Arnold holds a B.S.B.A degree in General Business from the University of Denver and a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and Transportation Lawyers Association.
