David Gann was named our Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications in April 2016. He previously held the Director of Finance position for Metaldyne with responsibility for leading all finance and accounting activities. David Gann has been with the company and predecessor companies for over 14 years assisting the organization with
their strategic growth and corporate development initiatives. He has held various financial positions focusing on cost reductions and cash flow improvements. He has also executed numerous assignments connected to the company's growth strategy, investment opportunities, acquisitions, divestitures, turn-around restructuring and recapitalization activities. Prior to joining Metaldyne he worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP. David Gann holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
