He is a seasoned senior business executive, technologist, and visionary with over 25 years’ experience in the technology (software & hardware), integrated and digital marketing, global operations, strategic management, consulting, innovation, media and interactive
business industries. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations of all shapes, industries and sizes from established global leaders to early stage start-ups. Frederick is also a respected author and thought leader on such topics as innovation, technology marketing, strategy, tactical and defense technology, IP monetization, management, sales optimization, business process and content development. Mr. Frederick has studied at Berklee College of Music, the MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Law School's PON (Program on Negotiation).
