David Fraga is COO of InVision, the design collaboration platform powering the creative process inside many of the world’s smartest companies. At InVision, David works across the entire organization to help the team fulfill its mission of unlocking the power of design-driven product development for companies of all sizes.
Prior to InVision, David was VP of Corporate Development at Shutterstock (NYSE: SSTK), a global marketplace for imagery that has paid more than $300 million to artists since its founding. David was involved in many aspects of the company's growth from $50M to $400M of revenue, including product, marketing, M&A, partnerships and special initiatives, including the company’s IPO and the acquisitions of WebDAM, Rex Features and PremiumBeat.
Previously, David worked at Insight Venture Partners, a leading growth equity and venture capital firm focused on software and Internet investments. At Insight he executed investments (including in Twitter and eVestment Alliance) that together represented over $172 million of transaction value.
