David is a Senior Project Lead of Player Experience at CCP Games where he has worked on CCP's flagship product, EVE Online, since 2007. David has also contributed to some of CCP's other titles, including DUST 514 and EVE: Valkyrie. During that time he's been a key contributor to the implementation of the CCP player experience from
the perspective of policies, work processes, development relations, data analysis, tools integration and high level strategy. David has a passion for customer care as a part of game development and he is a firm believer in the importance of giving players agency and a voice in the life-cycle of the game by actively listening to and taking action on their feedback.
