Mr. Dragics joined CACI in August 1998 to manage the company's overall investor relations program. CACI's investor relations area is the primary interface between the company and its shareholders and members of the investment community, providing information and coordination to meet the needs of the analytical community and current and
potential investors in CACI common stock. At CACI, he has also developed and implemented the concept of a Corporate Governance Team, using the resources of investor relations, legal, and risk management to interface with the compliance members of the financial community who are holders of CACI common stock.
Mr. Dragics' background includes experience in investor relations, finance, strategic planning, marketing, and operations in banking, financial services, aviation services, and information technology firms that support government and industry. His experience also includes financial positions at the operational and staff levels involved with both commercial outsourcing contracts and government programs.
The experience Mr. Dragics has in the investor relations area and the financial community, before joining CACI, includes directing and managing the investor relations programs for two NYSE-listed companies, where he won awards for annual reports he developed and produced. He has presented at numerous conferences and seminars, speaking on corporate governance, finance, and managing investor relations programs. He has also lectured on investor relations to graduate students at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, at the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. He has been a registered representative, with experience in both the retail and institutional segments of the market. He also has 10 years of strategic planning and merger and acquisition experience in financial institutions.
