David Dewar is responsible for developing CarVue’s operational strategy. As a seasoned business leader, David has helped transform companies from small start-ups to thriving enterprises. David’s background in project management and economics will be leveraged as he guides all operational and finance activities within CarVue. Prior to joining
CarVue, David led the strategic operational and financial initiatives at Razoom
David was co-founder of the multi-award-winning Vital Insights based in Toronto. David invested as an Angel investor and saw the company through to his recent divestiture to a large Institutional private equity firm. He is also on the board of a Phoenix-based retail company and is actively involved in accelerating the business plan from the current 25 stores to 100.
David believes that a software innovation company will only succeed if it is built on a strong financial, operational and executable foundation. He is passionate about growing companies that deliver true and meaningful value.
In David’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and enjoys travelling, hiking, fishing, skiing and photography.
