DAVID DENECHAUD focuses his practice on private equity and oil and gas transactions, and represents a wide range of clients in the oil and gas industry, including those in the exploration and production, midstream, oilfield services and alternative energy sectors. He frequently helps private equity sponsors and related portfolio companies to
partner with other capital sources and to buy and sell companies. He also works with management teams and operating companies seeking to obtain private equity capital.
David’s broad transactional practice involves the representation of private and public companies in financial and strategic acquisitions and dispositions, financings, contests for corporate control and securities issues. He has extensive experience with leveraged and management buy-outs, recapitalizations, public and private securities offerings and financing transactions.
