Mr. David C. Adams is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Curtiss-Wright Corp. He served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. For the five years prior to his new position, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since October 2012. Prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Adams
served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of the Company with overall responsibility for the Motion Control and Metal Treatment segments’ strategic goals, technology development, global operations and financial performance. He was President of Motion Control since 2005 and Vice President of the Company from November 2005. Prior to joining the Company in 2000, Mr. Adams had 10 years’ related industry experience with Goodrich and Lucas Aerospace. He serves on the board of governors of the Aerospace Industries Association. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
