David Brick has helped lead three start-ups to build successful analytical products and to acquisitions by working to bring together data and make it consumable for those that best understand the content. David has a background in Statistics, Math, and Computer Science. His work in statistical consulting led to building applications to help connect
data from various sources and share it via end-user focused outputs, first for healthcare and disability data, then for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing data for both internal and external manufacturing processes.
Recently, working for Skyland Analytics (now part of IDBS), David has been building Skyland PIMS to share data across a manufacturing network and support scientific and quality users for their CPV, reporting, and investigative needs. Previously, David led world-wide Discoverant implementation and configuration services as well as being responsible for the data aggregation portions of the product.
David’s previous experience includes statistical consulting, analytic methodologies, data warehousing/data management, quality, and product development. He has over 30 years’ experience in data management and data warehousing for reporting and analytical applications. David received both his MS degree in Statistics and his BS degree in Applied Math from Carnegie Mellon.
