David G. Bills serves as a Senior Advisor to Incentrum Group. He was previously Senior Vice President - Corporate Strategy at DuPont, with responsibility for companywide strategy, business planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined DuPont on May 1, 2001, as vice president of DuPont Corporate Plans.
From 2003 to 2004 he was vice president
and general manager of DuPont Displays. In 2004, he was named vice president and general manager for DuPont Fluoroproducts. In October 2006 he was named senior vice president and chief marketing and sales officer for DuPont. He was named to his current position in November 2009.
Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Bills was a partner in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company, providing strategic guidance and consultation to industrial and technology companies. At McKinsey, Mr. Bills served as co-leader of the firm's worldwide Growth Strategy Practice and was a member of the Corporate Finance and Industrial Marketing Practices.
Mr. Bills received his bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1983 and his master of business administration from Harvard Business School in 1989. Mr. Bills currently serves on the board of directors of Modine Manufacturing Company. He formerly served on the board of trustees of the Delaware Art Museum, and on the Advisory Board of the Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware.
