The founding chief executive officer of Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC, David Andalcio builds upon over 30 years of experience as a senior administrator in both the public and private sectors. From its headquarters in Mokena, Illinois, Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC, provides managed logistics and deployment services to Chicago Public Schools using a suite
of customized software. David Andalcio also oversees comprehensive design engineering and information technology functions, both nationally and internationally, through company offices in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Before establishing Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC, in 2009, David Andalcio served as the appointed director of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, where he spearheaded the reformation of the organization’s project delivery system through a $6.3 billion capital improvement program called Open Roads for a Faster Future. Mr. Andalcio got his professional start as computer systems and cellular communications professional during the digital boom of the early 1980s. Most recently, he was chosen for participation in Stanford’s highly selective Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education-Scaling Program.
