David Akunis is an Israeli entrepreneur, corporate executive and investor with nearly 25 years of experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Currently serving as CEO of Revium Rx Inc. (RVRC), a biopharmaceutical company, focused on the development and commercialization of therapies to address high unmet
medical needs worldwide. David specializes in leading innovative projects and advancing technology companies to maximize their competitive edge and market value.
With a background in law and business, David has worked across various industries including biotech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, with significant expertise in medical devices, drug-device combination and digital health. Previously he was the founder and managing partner of Medvest UK investment fund, and served as CEO of digital health solutions company Flometrica, where he spearheaded the development of an AI-powered diagnostic tool and held CEO roles at Exerflow Medical Ltd. and Seamvad, securing funding and forging strategic partnerships that drove and accelerated growth and success.
David holds a BA in Humanities and Psychology from Tel Aviv University, as well as an LL.B and LL.M in corporate law from Bar-Ilan University.
