David Ward has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare technology space, most recently as the executive vice president at Epocrates, which was purchased by athenahealth (NASDAQ: ATHN).
Prior to Epocrates, David served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Carefx Corporation, which was acquired by Harris Corporation
(NYSE: HRS) in 2011. During his tenure at Carefx, David was responsible for strategic channel development and indirect sales channel relationships, as well as all aspects of partner management. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at WebMD in business development, strategy and sales.
David also held sales and marketing positions at Companion Technologies, Inc. and IBM Corporation.
