As Director of Eagle Labs & Digital Eagles for Barclays, Dave looks after the bank’s 17,000 Digital Eagles. He manages the implementation and delivery of Barclays’ Eagles Labs programme nationally, which launched in 2016 in Cambridge, Brighton, Bournemouth and Birmingham, with further expansion across the UK in the near future.

Labs provide maker space facilities, office & desk rental as well as business incubation for start-ups and high growth entrepreneurs. Through the launch of Barclays Eagle Labs, the bank gives customers and non-customers in local businesses and communities the opportunity to learn about new technologies and techniques that will be critical to helping the UK to thrive in the digital age.
Dave is also Chairman of the London Digital Security Centre, a not for profit company who have a goal to protect and inform SME's across London from Cyber Security and Online Fraud.
