Dave Runck is the Chief Financial Officer at Shareable Ink. He has over 28 years of corporate financial and strategic planning experience with medical device organizations.
Prior to joining Shareable Ink, Dave was the CFO for Baxa Corporation, a privately held global pharmacy technology company with sales of $165M and 600+ employees. During his
tenure with Baxa, Dave led a strategic option process which resulted in an equity backing from Goldman Sachs and then was instrumental in the company's sale to Baxter Healthcare (a $12B company) in late 2011.
Dave is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with honors in Accounting with from Colorado State University.
