Dave has twenty years experience building successful software and SaaS businesses. Prior to joining ResMan in 2015, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Syncadd Systems, a defense contractor based in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he lead the deployment of the first commercial cloud-based enterprise system for the Department of Defense. Before Syncadd,
Dave served for thirteen years with RealPage leading product development teams, operational departments, and product lines. He led RealPage’s successful entry into military housing and had responsibility for the first student housing property management system in multifamily housing. Dave has developed solutions and provided thought leadership throughout his career that spans multifamily, telecommunications, and military intelligence.
Dave earned his Masters of Business Administration from Chaminade University. He has completed advanced graduate studies in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas. Dave received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
